Warranty Information

7 YEARS (PRO-RATA)

Warranty applies provided:

The green is maintained in accordance with the Maintenance Schedule for the full warranty period, and the correct vacuum and chemicals must be used.
Use of an unapproved vacuum cleaner or inappropriate use of approved vacuum cleaner will void the warranty.
The green is used solely for the purpose intended i.e. Bowls.
Correct bowling equipment is used i.e. Flat sole shoes, bare or stockinged feet, the correct wheelchair must be used. These chairs are made specifically for bowling green use and are available from specialist mobility access stores across Australia and New Zealand. (Not available through Synthetic Bowling Solutions)
Excessive dropping and/or dumping of bowls is not permitted. This can damage the surface and the polymer base top.
Is not subject to misuse, abuse, vandalism or any circumstance outside normal parameters use and weather.
Repair or service work not to be carried out by any party other than those approved by Synthetic Bowling Solutions
Water, storm, or other water must be able to drain within 1 hour. Slow, faulty, or blocked drains can cause base damage. It does not cover excess submergence or slow drainage due to insufficient drainage point capacity outside the green and is subject to normal wear and tear.

Warranty is limited to replacement of materials, provision of any necessary labor and specialist equipment.

All other costs are to be borne by the owner inclusive of return transport to site, accommodation and reasonable expenses.

Year 1, 2 & 3 = 0%	Year 4 = 30%	Year 5 = 50%
Year 6 = 70%	Year 7 = 90%	Year 8+ = 100%

All other costs are borne by the owner inclusive of return transport to site, accommodation and reasonable expenses.

5 YEARS (PRO-RATA)

Full Construction covers all subbase works carried out as per contractual civil construction work carried out by Synthetic Bowling Solution’s.
Base Upgrade covers the integrity of the new 30mm top base layer only i.e. Sub-base works carried out by others are not covered by this warranty.
Rescreeding existing bases where the top surface isn’t removed and replaced or mechanically ground and reworked insitu as recommended and quoted is not covered by this warrantee.

The impact of an unexpected weather/storm event may cause damage to the base. Storm damage, or any other extreme environmental damage, is not covered under this warranty.

Our Installation warranty covers the integrity of the thread used in the Carpet and Underlay, plus the installation of the gripper strip to the plinths.

Warranty is limited to replacement of materials, provision of any necessary labour and specialist equipment.

All other costs are borne by the owner inclusive of return transport to site, accommodation and reasonable expenses.
